When Tragedy Happens...

Heard and read about friends who are into challenging times lately.  Can't help much but I hope this might be in some comfort to you...

Dying Rose...

Most of the time I took photos and then just let it 'fermented' in my hard disk, only to randomly open it one fine day and realised 'Oh, I actually took this...' kind of thing.

So yesterday, out of boredom I randomly browsed through my folders and found this photo...and did little editing a bit here and there....

a dying white rose I spotted in a corner of the war memorial garden.

It might not be the prettiest sight, but still...it gives me inspiration for something better in my life.  

Blooming Roses...

Part of my favorite past time nowadays is observing the roses my aunt planted in front of the house.  Almost everyday, every pot gives a new surprises that I can't resist but to take out my camera and snap away.  Off course, the neighbors might be wondering what's the crazy lady up to, sitting on stool with a wide straw hat and talking to herself and the plants in front of her, clicking away, observed by her cats looking at curiosity what their crazy owner is up to again.

White & Yellow...

Ok, I had to admit that our front yard garden needs a little bit tidying up.  Reason?  How can I overlook that the catalya (a type of orchid) has bloomed???

Look at those beautiful blossoms....

and...the yellow rose that my aunt planted has bloomed as well....a single one, though:

It's bright yellow when it still in a bud...but as it bloomed the edges of its petal has soft pinkish color around it.

I wonder what more surprised the plants will give to me again...^_^V
