The thing I love about paintball is that it brings me to tournaments outside the state I lived in, and it gives lots of opportunities to learn, to experience, to see new places and to make lots of friends from around the country. Hence it gives me a lot of reason to go places just for the sake of visiting friends and visiting places.

One of the state that I love to visit is Johor.  Apart from having few friends who lives there, I love the food, the city and the buildings where it inspires me a lot to take photos, just to unwind myself from work for couple of days.

Sup tulang from ZZ Sup Tulang restaurant in Johor Bahru is one of the best I had.

Of course, being in another place where I don't have relatives staying there, I need a nice, comfortable place to stay for couple of days at a very reasonable price.  Though I have friends, but I don't think it's convenient to trouble them having me around especially for those who lives with their family as such.  Their generosity of bringing me to see places, and make sure that my 3 meals are taken care of is already more than enough for me.

So where did I look for Johor budget hotels?  From iBilik.com of course.

It's easy.  Search for hotels that is suitable to your budget. They also have information on the rates, facilities, photos of the room, map/directions to go there.  You may also check the reviews from the previous guests.  Choose which one you want, place your booking and you're done!

I found the most affordable rates I could find from the best Johor budget hotels for rooms that suits my needs.  I hope that you can check this out for yourself and experience a hassle free holiday for your next trip!
Went to bring Michael and Kaynisa to the Sunday market at Tuaran yesterday.

found the panda cap couple days ago. =p

One thing I like about going to Sunday markets is that we can always find interesting things or people - if you are into these things like me lah.

So after survey the whole market, brought some fruits (durian, rambutan, langsat, mangosteens, bambangan are in season now).  I spotted this bunting when we walked towards the carpark.

Feet, hands, neck and back massage for only RM10 each.

Well, that's not exactly captured my attention.  It's the person who's doing it that fascinated me.

Meet Mr. Santi, the guy who's giving your weary foot a soothing massage after hours of walking at the Sunday market.

Guess he love looking at the expression of his customers whenever he press certain points that he thinks has problem with the body.  He sure knew what is he doing...

Michael went for a try...this guy seems to be 'emotionless' or is he hiding his tears behind those sunglasses?

Me?  Well...I did took my turn too...and uh...'soothing' is not really the right word to describe here...

10 minutes seems to be too long sitting there!!!

But...it's not that bad at all, seriously.  Should give it a try whenever you drop by at Tamu Tuaran. =p

Just like anyone else, I do love surprises every now and then (pleasant ones of course). There's nothing make your day a little bit brighter to receive some unexpected gifts when you least expected it.

I do feel grateful to be blessed with people who always think of me in their kind thoughts, and yes, I am truly grateful receiving little blessings every now and then.

So today, after ending another long day at 1Borneo mall for the 2nd day of the exhibition, we went back to our room in Tune, Leanna gave me a small handphone strap with a red lucky charm attached to it.

She said it's for peace, safety and luck.

With all these great wishes always been given to me, I guess that I am truly blessed.

Thank you for the kind thoughts and wishes, Leanna. I really, truly appreciated it a lot.

xoxo.
There's nothing pleasing than receiving gifts when you least expected it.

I love it so much (I guess you can guess why) and so here's another additional trinket into my little jewelry box.

Thank you for the kind thoughts! =)
There's nothing more comforting to know that though there are ups and downs in life (of course if it goes one flat line than there is no life lah!), I am receiving my blessings even though it is small.

When my Robin just jumped on my lap and purring with satisfaction as I gently stroke his black fur, or the smile that I get from a child at the Japanese Restaurant, or maybe that fragrant rose tea on a cold rainy day in front of the TV watching CSI.  Those are life's simple pleasures that most of us taken for granted.

Couple days back, I received a gift...maybe it doesn't worth a lot, maybe it looks 'weird', maybe it looks downright ugly (yes, someone did said that) but when it comes straight from the heart, it is perfect for me:

Tadaaaa!!! =)
It's a pendant made of a 'deformed' fresh water pearl (something of that sort)

Doesn't matter lah.  I still find it unique and I love it to bits!

Thank you so much....I really appreciate it. =)

Gift that comes from the heart, can't be measured with all the gold in the world.
