Heard and read about friends who are into challenging times lately.  Can't help much but I hope this might be in some comfort to you...

So...hang on there.

Stay positive, heads up and stay strong!  *big hugs*
Most of the time I took photos and then just let it 'fermented' in my hard disk, only to randomly open it one fine day and realised 'Oh, I actually took this...' kind of thing.

So yesterday, out of boredom I randomly browsed through my folders and found this photo...and did little editing a bit here and there....

a dying white rose I spotted in a corner of the war memorial garden.

It might not be the prettiest sight, but still...it gives me inspiration for something better in my life.
So, some of you were wondering what I had actually done recently.  Last December, a friend of mine asked me if I can assist her for a local drama.

The tv-documentary drama entitled 'Planet Kiara' is consist of 26 episodes altogether, in which the first episode has already on air yesterday in TV3.  Some of the scenes was taken in various places in Sabah and yours truly here is one of the production team for the state for this drama - that explains why I went almost hiatus from the net the week before Christmas.

Well...here's some of the photos taken during the 6 days shooting period:

If you are in my Facebook, you can check out my full photo album there.

Want to know more about 'Planet Kiara'?  Check out every Thursday, 6:30pm in TV3.
So, I did managed to steal a little time from my work at Sabah Tea Garden (and yet still not telling what I had been doing there...LOL), eating...of course, was never left out from my usual activity...well...sort of.  Apart from the tight schedule and all, I managed to relax a while and yeah...steal some moments to just sit down and relax and enjoy the food...

A nice view to start my morning...before another day of hectic schedule and whatnot begins...

Green....

Well, it's been raining for few days during my stay there...so this caught my eye in the menu and I ordered it without thinking twice:

Sabah Tea Soup.
Broth made of tea and then they also put in some tea leaves in it (see photo) with some chicken, carrots, mushrooms.  It tasted a little bit bland and bitter, maybe because they wanted you to savor the tea flavor but I think this suits very well for those who had a hangover or cold.

So, what I had been doing there, you ask?

Just wait for my next post! =)
During my work assignment (will tell you about it in my next post) recently, I found myself in Sabah Tea Garden, Ranau.

Not much photos taken due to tight schedule at work, and the weather is not permitting to be outdoors even when I got a little time to breathe.  But on my last day there, I stole a few minutes strolling at the tea plantation not far from the cottage I lived despite the light drizzle and found this...

My delight when I found this tea flower bud in the midst of the tea bushes....

If there is a bud, must have the bloomed ones, right?  So I looked around in another few more bushes and found it!  (Thankfully no one chased me away for getting into the tea plantation without permission, LOL)
I had to say, it has this jasmine like scent...

Life is just like the green tea bushes, you don't know the beauty that lies in it unless you searched for it.  =)
So...it's the 2nd day of the brand new year of 2013.

Unlike my usual rewind of the past year's event on every last day of the year since I started my blog, I missed the one for 2012.  Not that I don't have anything to write, but...I just can't seem to put it into words.  (good reason? LOL)

I guess last year had been quite a challenging year for me.

I gained some, then lose some...but in the midst of the losses, I gained something even more.  Received some blessings in big and small forms, I learn lots of new things, meet interesting people, return to places that I always wanted to go...

I learnt that people will not always be kind (well, it took quite some time to realized this, huh?) but at the same time, I learnt that there are people who went all lengths to show that they actually care, even if they had to cross the world for you, or spare that little time just to be with you to show support.  They do anything to get you to them.

I found myself still able to forgive, and to bring peace to my life...

I found myself that I am stronger than I think, and that brings me to who I am today.

I found myself challenged to maintain the balance between my profession and personal matters in the most challenging moments, I stood strong though there are things that weights me down.

I build new friendships and found who my true friends are.

I cried, I stumbled, I fall...but I got up again.

I am bruised, scarred but I am okay. =)

Most important of all, I learnt to stay HAPPY, despite the situation that I am in.

What makes all these possible?

YOU.

For everyone that fills my life in every gap.  For everyone that gives me messages of support whenever I am down, for everyone that became my pillar when I was about to fall...

I truly THANK YOU.

Here's to all of us for the new year 2013...may this year brings us more peace, joy and love within our lives, and may we bring out the best in us and be better than who we were yesterday.

I love you all! =)
