Kaynisa had been telling me about this place not so long ago.  So, we decided to try out this place called Baba & Nyonya Recipes Curry House in Grand Millennium Plaza (or most commonly known as CKS Grand Millennium area - because it has a CKS (it's a hypermarket) there).  This small restaurant located at the same row as CKS - next to Krishna Curry House so you won't miss it.

The place is almost full when we arrived....lots of customers.
Food must be good, I hope.

Notice that sign?  'No Day Off'...like KFC kot...

My companion for dinner....Kaynisa.  Seriously checking out the menu.
With all the codes and names and numbers of dishes, we don't know what to choose!

If you can't decide what to pick from the menu....
you can just point any picture on the wall lah...senang...

...and this is the first thing you saw when you opened the menu....
confirm Halal one...so to all Muslim readers @ kaki makan out there, no worries ya...

So, I let the madam decide for us....

Spotted this kid at the next table...he was helping himself by scraping the sauce from the place clean.
Fuhyoo, finger licking good eh?
If a kid loves it that much, food should be good then =)

Alas...the food is here!

Kailan with oyster sauce.  Nice, but the kailan is a little bit overcooked.

Tomyam (Okay, this is more like Thai food already...hehehe!).
Instead of seafood, we changed it to chicken.  Quite a generous chicken pieces inside,
the broth a little bit salty and as we sipped it, there's pieces of chopped cili padi inside.
No wonder it's quite fiery!

Sweet and sour fish.  No wonder the kid loves it.  The sauce is nice, the fish is just right.
Kaynisa also agrees the same. ^_^V

Being the 2 Hungry Ghosts....we walloped it all.... =p

Total damage to our wallet?  RM48.85.  Price is rather unbelievable for the rice though.
RM2 for a bowl of rice is quite expensive owh (and the rice is quite starchy)....fish also quite pricey.
However, the portion of the food is okay...and maybe we might consider to return again to try out other dishes.  =)
